What's the atmosphere like in a medical college?

I've been thinking about going into the medical field and I was curious about the atmosphere of medical college. How is it? Are other students more relaxed? Or does it depend on the college I attend?

It can be a real guys club up in here, but if you hang out with the right people, it won't be so bad. So far, things have been going pretty great for me, but I would like to be able to meet more people in my field to maybe study together and such, but it's easier said than done. Covid is making it hard than it has to be.

It totally depends upon the country and the college you choose. Some colleges are very strict and definitely most of the courses in medical field is competitive as well.
