How are second and third author publications viewed ? I should have some first as well but I really enjoy working on projects with people and I feel like they have been accumulating more so that it’s taking time from me doing more 1st author. Is that bad ?

Each university has its own definition of what they consider a "full course load". Your best bet would be to compile a list of the schools to which you hope to apply and determine the min/max. Probably COVID-19 - delta strain. Not because of the symptoms, but because of the quarantine period which resulted in me missing a flight and an exam.
